Vehicle Accidents

If you have been in a motor vehicle accident, including as a cyclist or pedestrian you may be entitled to compensation for your injuries. We can assist you in lodging a claim, having your medical expense paid for and obtaining a lump sum for your future needs. It is important to take action as soon as possible. You have 9 months from the date of the accident or 3 months if you do not know the identity of the vehicle. There is an ultimate period of 3 years from the date of the accident.

Public Liability

If we can prove that someone has caused your injury then it may be worthwhile lodging a Notice of Claim to seek compensation for your injury, out of pocket expenses and any other loss you have suffered, for example, loss of earnings. It is important to gather information on this loss and the circumstances of the accident or incident as soon as possible as there are strict timeframes for lodging a claim.
